The Joma Point Men's in royal blue is Joma's workhorse court shoe, the model it rates for both training and competition, and the one we suggest to club players who want a hard wearing padel shoe at a fair price. The blue is bold without being loud and looks right with white or navy shorts.
The upper is a highly breathable technical mesh with Joma's VTS ventilation system placed at the points where your foot runs hottest. Instead of stitching, Joma uses its SPORTECH thermosealed system to bond the panels, which keeps the shoe light and gives a cleaner fit with fewer rub points, and PROTECTION reinforcements are injected into the areas most exposed to abrasion. The midsole is an optimised density phylon that Joma describes as flexible with a good impact response, and a STABILIS TPU piece sits in the arch to stop the front and back of the foot twisting against each other. At the heel, an EXO COUNTER external stabiliser locks the rearfoot in on direction changes. The outsole is DURABILITY rubber in the clay pattern, built to push sand out of the tread so it grips on slippery turf and still slides when you want it to.
