Shipping policy

Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Orders are dispatched from our shop at Unit 14 Hanson Road, Liverpool, L9 7BP. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery is by DPD, at a flat rate of 6.99 pounds, arriving within 1 to 2 business days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been sent.

You can also collect your order in person from our shop at Hanson Road. Select Pickup at checkout and we will email you when it is ready.

Delays

Occasionally a delivery is delayed by the courier once it has left us. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at info@thepadelplace.co.uk and we will look into it with DPD.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us at info@thepadelplace.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please keep any packaging and photograph any damage, as we may need this for a claim with the courier.

Address changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us at info@thepadelplace.co.uk as soon as possible. We can only amend an address before the order has been dispatched.
