Padel brands size differently, so we list each brand's own chart rather than one generic table. Measure your foot or body, then find the row that matches. If you are between sizes or unsure, come into the shop at Unit 14 Hanson Road, Aintree and try it on, or message us with your measurements and we will advise.
How to measure
Feet: stand on a sheet of paper in the afternoon (feet swell during the day), mark the longest toe and the heel, and measure the distance in centimetres. Use the longer foot. Padel shoes should have a thumb width of space at the toe and hold the heel firmly.
Body: chest at the fullest point with the tape level, waist at the narrowest point, hips at the widest point, tape snug but not tight.

Adidas
Adidas uses the same UK sizing for men and women; only the US number changes. Adidas court shoes generally fit true to size. The Crazyquick Boost has a snug toe box and instep, so if you have a wide foot consider a half size up.

Foot length: adidas publishes foot length per size on its own site; as a guide UK 8.5 fits a foot of about 26.3 cm.
ASICS
ASICS UK: measure your foot heel to longest toe standing against a wall, at the end of the day when feet are at their largest, and compare with the CM column. ASICS states that for running shoes it generally recommends going up half a size from your casual shoe size; it gives no separate rule for court shoes. Standard width is D for men and B for women. SportsShoes testers reported the women's Gel-Resolution X Padel fits about half a size large. Reviewers report the Gel-Resolution X Padel fits about half a size large, so try your usual size and a half size down.

Each product page carries a garment-laid-flat measurement table instead, reproduced below in cm. Fit guidance from the brand: women's model is 5'8 and wears Small; men's model is 6'1, athletic build, wears Medium for a slim fit. Measurements are of the garment laid flat, in centimetres.
