The Grid Tech T-Shirt is Frequency's training tee, and the one we suggest for anyone who plays and trains and wants one top for both. It comes in Power Black or Pewter Grey and is cut athletic without being restrictive. Frequency is a Liverpool activewear brand and this tee is the core of its range.
The fabric is 95% polyester and 5% spandex, woven in the grid pattern the tee is named after. The grid opens the fabric up so it breathes, and the polyester wicks moisture off your skin so it dries fast between points. The 5% spandex gives it enough stretch that the shoulders do not pull when you reach for an overhead. The fit is a modern athletic silhouette, closer than a cotton tee through the body, but Frequency describes it as non restrictive and it is not compression wear.
We stock XS to XL. Frequency's own size guide puts a medium at a 39 to 41 inch chest (99 to 104 cm) and says the range runs true to size with a close fit, so if you are between sizes or want more room go up one.
