Applied Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate

Applied Nutrition Creatine Monohydrate is a micronised creatine powder in a 250g tub, which is 50 servings at 5g. We stock the flavoured versions, Cherry and Apple, Icy Blue Raz, and Strawberry and Raspberry, for players who would rather drink it than force down an unflavoured scoop.

Applied Nutrition describe it as a widely researched supplement designed to support athletic performance, strength and muscle growth, and it is made in an ISO 22000, BRC, GMP and halal accredited facility. Directions are simple: add one 5g serving to water, shake and drink, one to two times a day, ideally directly before and after exercise. The brand suggest a week off after eight weeks of continued use. Note that the Informed Sport batch-tested version is the unflavoured one, which is not the version on our shelf.

It mixes in the Applied Nutrition Shaker, or you can stir it into a bottle of Hydration+ before a session. Ask at the counter in the shop in Aintree if you are unsure which flavour to start with.
