The Content Shorts are Frequency's lightweight training shorts, in black, with mesh panels at the back to let heat out. They are a standard fit rather than an athletic one, so there is a bit more room through the thigh than the Pulse Padel Shorts, and they suit training sessions, the gym and warm summer matches where you want air moving.
Frequency, a Liverpool activewear brand, builds them light. The main fabric is breathable and wicks sweat, and the rear mesh panels add ventilation exactly where a pair of shorts gets hottest. There is a drawstring at the waist to hold them where you want them, and pockets for keys and a phone. They are a simple short with nothing that gets in the way, which is why they are the pair in the Frequency range that gets worn the most days of the week.
We stock XS to XL. Frequency's size guide puts a medium at a 32 to 34 inch waist (81 to 86 cm) and says the range fits true to size with a close fit, so size up if you are between sizes. Details are in our size guide, or come and try them on in the shop in Aintree. Pair them with the Grid Tech T-Shirt in Power Black for a matching training set.
