ABE Performance Pre-Workout Gel

The ABE Performance Pre-Workout Gel is Applied Nutrition's pre-workout in a single 60g sachet, so there is no shaker and no mixing. Take one about 15 minutes before you play, ideally on an empty stomach, and get on with the warm-up.

Each gel contains 200mg of caffeine, so it is a high-caffeine product and Applied Nutrition say it is not for children, under 16s or pregnant women. The formula also carries citrulline malate, creatine monohydrate, beta-alanine, taurine and vitamins B3 and B12, which the brand state contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. It is Informed Sport tested, suitable for vegans and halal certified, and lists no common allergens.

We sell them as single gels in Fruit Burst, Icy Blue Raz and Tropical Vibes, so you can try a flavour before committing to a box of 20. One sachet a day at most, and keep drinking water alongside it. They sit by the till in the shop in Aintree.
