Applied Nutrition Shaker

The Applied Nutrition Shaker is a 600ml plastic shaker with the brand's blue top, for mixing Critical Whey, creatine or Hydration+ before or after a session.

Inside is a cone-shaped ribbon-style mesh grill that breaks up powder as you shake. The screw-on top and clip cap are leakproof, the lid has a large spout for drinking quickly between games, and an integrated hook clips it to a bag, belt or the strap of a racket bag. It is lightweight, ergonomic and dishwasher safe.

Do not use it with hot or warm fluids: pressure builds in a sealed container and forces the contents out when the lid is opened. At this price it is worth keeping a spare in the car. Pick one up with your protein in the shop in Aintree.
