The Raquex Elite Pink is the standard pressure Elite ball with a pink felt instead of yellow. Same core, same pressure, same ResistaFelt, just easier to see. It suits juniors, coaching sessions, anyone who struggles to pick a yellow ball out against a yellow-lit indoor court, and anyone who simply likes the colour.
The ball is built to FIP specification in every respect other than the felt colour, so it plays the same as the regular Elite: a true, lively bounce at standard pressure that suits warm indoor courts and everyday play. The ResistaFelt is a synthetic cloth that repels dirt and moisture, so the pink stays pink for a good while rather than turning grey after a session on a dusty court, and the ball keeps its nap and bounce for longer. Raquex pitch it as a training ball, and that is where it earns its keep, in drills where you are hitting a lot of balls and want to see them all.
It comes three to a pressurised tube, as a single tube or in packs of two, three, four and eight tubes. If you need the FIP approved yellow for matches, the standard Raquex Elite is next to it on the counter in the shop in Aintree.
