Frequency's 3 Pack Mesh Boxers are the underwear we stock for playing in. Three pairs in black, made in a mesh fabric that breathes, from the Liverpool activewear brand behind the Pulse Padel range. They are the layer most people forget about until a cotton pair has held sweat through a two hour session.
The mesh construction is the point. It lets air through, so you stay cool and dry, and the fabric wicks moisture away rather than holding it. Frequency describes them as lightweight and soft with a non restrictive feel, close to the skin without pinching at the leg or the waist, which is what you want under a pair of padel shorts when you are lunging and turning. Three pairs in the pack means a fresh pair for each of a week's sessions before they need washing.
We stock XS to XL. Frequency's size guide puts a medium at a 32 to 34 inch waist (81 to 86 cm) and describes its fit as true to size and close. The full table is in our size guide. Please note that for hygiene reasons boxers cannot be returned once opened, so if you are unsure on size ask us in the shop in Aintree before you buy.
