The HEAD Extreme Motion 2026 is the lighter, quicker member of the Extreme family, made for intermediate and advanced players who want attacking power without the full weight of the Pro. The grey and green finish is the 2026 colourway, and at 360 grams it is ten grams under its bigger sibling, which you notice most in fast exchanges at the net.
It keeps the diamond shape and the head heavy balance, so overheads still carry plenty of pace, but the swing is easier to accelerate. The big change for 2026 is a full carbon construction with a unidirectional carbon hitting surface, which adds stiffness and drive through the ball. The Power Foam core gives an energetic rebound, and HEAD's Optimized Sweet Spot pattern widens the forgiving zone so off centre contacts still come off the face with pace. Auxetic 2.0 in the bridge and handle gives an immediate, connected feel on impact, and the textured Extreme Spin surface bites into the ball on drives and slices alike. A Soft Cap+ butt cap finishes the handle.
If you like the idea of the Extreme Pro but are not sure you can carry 370 grams through a long match, this is the sensible pick. Come and compare the two side by side in the shop in Aintree, and have a look at our find your racket guide before you visit.
