The Bas3line Nebula is a light, all round racket for beginners who are progressing and intermediate players who want something easy to handle. It comes in grey with orange or white with blue, and it is a popular choice with women and with anyone who has had arm trouble.
At 335 grams it sits right at the light end of the range, 25 to 35 grams under an average racket, which is what gives it its quick reactions at the net. The balance is neutral, with the weight spread evenly, so it adapts to defence and attack without pulling you one way. The hitting surface is 3K carbon fibre, which gives more power than the fibreglass faces found on most lightweight rackets, finished with a sand texture on a 3D pattern for extra spin. The core is a medium density EVA, chosen by Bas3line for a balance of control and power while staying comfortable for players with arm injuries. The frame is a 38 mm carbon fibre double tubular, the shape is hybrid round with a maximised sweet spot, and it is tournament compliant.
If you want one racket that does everything well and does not tire you out, this is it. It pairs well with a thin overgrip to keep the feel light. Both colours are in the shop in Aintree, and if you are weighing it up against the Juno we can put both in your hand.
